Your FACS Account Manager is responsible for both training and ongoing support. This dedicated Account Manager becomes familiar with your staff and your project, allowing for a level of personal support not offered by other companies. If this individual is unavailable when a support call is received, you will be routed to the general support team.

Standard Support

The support you need is just a phone call away. Our U.S.-based staff of experienced professionals is dedicated to providing the assistance you need, when you need it.

Standard Support hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time (except for U.S. holidays).
